Dumbdroid January update

We are happy to release the latest version of Dumbdroid OS! Your phone should notify you about the option to update, and if not then you can do it manually in Settings->System->Updates.

• Enabled doze on devices other than the Qin F21 Pro.
• Parental controls renamed to App Blocker.
• Added the option to permanently block apps in App Blocker.
• VoLTE is now activated on startup.
• Enabled basic D-pad navigation in the Contacts app.
• Fixed readability of Contacts and Messaging in the dark theme.
• Fixed PIN entry reliability when waking the screen.
• Disabled making the screen really dim, which caused flickering on some devices.
• Power button will not end call if screen is turned off.
• Added a keypad backlight toggle in Settings->System->Keyboard.
• Keypad will light up only for missed calls and voice mail notifications by default, with an option to whitelist custom apps.
• Updater will only check for OTA updates roughly every 3 days.
• Switching from gapps to the vanilla build will remove stale GMS and Play Store updates.
